Government visa fees paid to embassies or consulates are non-refundable regardless of visa decision. VisaPro service fees have the following refund policy.
A full refund of our service fee is available if: You cancel within 24 hours of payment before any work has started, we are unable to process your application due to our error, or we cannot fulfill the agreed service.
A 50% refund is available if: You cancel after initial consultation but before document review begins (24–72 hours), or if your application is withdrawn before submission to the embassy.
No refund is provided if: Work has commenced and documents have been reviewed and prepared, the application has already been submitted to the embassy, or visa is rejected due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
If you are not eligible for a cash refund, we may offer service credit valid for 12 months toward any future service.
To request a refund, contact us at refunds@visapro.com with your reference number and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
